The Super Green Bowl is a hearty choice with its visually appealing mix of vibrant greens, while the Keto Omelette tantalizes taste buds with its fluffy texture and savory vegetables.

If you're craving something sweeter, their Hero's Garden Smoothie is a must-try; it beautifully balances flavors and offers a refreshing burst of energy. Patrons rave about the Eggs Benedict, which is a classic favorite, showcasing the café's dedication to high-quality breakfast offerings. As customer Dee Le noted, the staff are very nice and create an ambiance that allows you to relax, encouraging patrons to return time and again.

For lunch, options like the Japanese Salmon Salad and the Cauliflower Nasi Goreng offer a fusion of flavors that excite while prioritizing nutrition. The casual yet sophisticated atmosphere encourages you to linger and savor each bite, whether you're dining in or grabbing a quick takeout to enjoy at your desk, just as Jeffery Yong prefers.

Alongside food, the café’s beverage selection shines brightly. From their energizing Superfood Smoothies to a well-rounded coffee menu that includes the popular long mac and skinny flat white, every sip is crafted to perfection. Matthew Verney also praises their banana smoothies combined with coffee shots, making for a delicious pick-me-up.

Customers appreciate not just the food but also the café’s laid-back vibe, making it an ideal spot to watch the world go by, as highlighted by Joe’s experience. Despite occasional slow service, which is understandable in these bustling times, visitors can see the staff’s commitment to providing quality service. As Dee Le mentions, they’re always doing their best to be efficient, ensuring you feel welcomed any time you visit.

Can’t believe this place is just across my office and I’ve never eaten there before until today. Healthy, nutritious, and delicious food. Located at a nice spot to people watch as you enjoy your meal or coffee. Will be back!

we randomly found this place while exploring Perth CBD. Food is lovely, staff are very nice. Some people complained about slow service but you can see the staff doing their very best to be efficient. Loved my Hero’s Garden smoother & the pea soup. Would come back & would recommend. Decent coffee.

cafés in Perth that offer both coffee and tea, including iced coffee, which is not commonly found. If you're looking for breakfast, this café also serves sandwiches and croissants. #TravellingAsACouple

One of our go-to CBD cafés for a quick bite and coffee on the way to work - their long mac and skinny flat white are always spot on.
